Nachman Berkowitz |
Mr. Berkowitz is a Siberian concentration camp survivor, who was released after the war and moved back to his native Poland in 1946 where he encountered anti-Semitism that almost cost him his life. To document his experiences during World War II, he wrote The Diary of a Holocaust Survivor to help surviving generations understand the terrors of that time in history. |

Howard Salmon

Howard Salmon, is the artist and publisher of Israel in
Watercolors and the Comic Book Siddur.
He exhibits his drawings and paintings internationally, however he is
best known in Tucson. He was won the Tucson Pima Art's Council's "Best Emerging Artist" award in 2007. In 2009, he designed and painted the murals for the Tucson Festival of Books. David Wilson |
David Wilson, director/performing artist in theatre, film,television, radio, recorded music and writing, earned his Bachelor of Arts with a major in music from the University of Arizona in Tucson. After establishing himself as a performer on network television, movies, recording and concerts in Los Angeles, he added a new dimension to his career as a writer. Subsequently, he has authored screenplays, teleplays, stageplays and books. Wilson’s talents have been widely recognized, as evidenced by a Grammy Award for The Desiderata album on Warner Bros. Records and multiple ASCAP Awards for several of his own musical and literary productions. He is a recipient of the Critics Selection Award for his work in television, the Star Sapphire Halo Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Entertainment Industry from the Southern California Motion Picture Industry, and has Emmy nominations for many of his lyrics. In fact, the famous director Steven Spielberg is quoted as saying his poetry and songs are like “miniature art films.” | |
